About Us
Our RV storage facility is conveniently located right next to the San Diego metro KOA, where you can benefit from a dump site, convenience store, fresh water, propane, ice, and more! There couldn’t be a more convenient place to store your RV. We’re located at 111 North 2nd Avenue. We’re near Wee Care Preschool just off Filipino American Hwy. We’re accessible from nearly anywhere in the San Diego metro. Come visit us and we’ll show you around!

From our standard spaces to our premium 65’ RV parking spaces, we have a variety of sizes to accommodate nearly any size RV. And, with wide access streets, maneuvering your vehicle around our property won’t be a hassle for you. Additionally, we offer amenities you need when you’re preparing for an excursion in your RV. We have a dump site for customer use, and we have propane available for purchase on site as well.
Our property is fully fenced, and only our renters can access the lot through a unique code at our computerized security gate. - Turn left at the 1st cross street onto 4th Ave
- Turn right onto D St
- Turn left onto 2nd Ave

- Head east on W C St toward Union St
- Keep right to stay on W C St
- Turn left onto 1st Ave
- Keep left to stay on 1st Ave
- Use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly right to merge onto I-5 S
- Merge onto I-5 S
- Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 15B for CA-94 E
- Continue onto CA-94 E
- Take exit 3 to merge onto I-805 S
- Take the Sweetwater Rd exit
- Turn left onto Sweetwater RD (signs for Euclid Ave)
- Turn left onto N 2nd Ave

- Head north on Magnolia Ave toward E Main St
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for San Diego and merge onot CA-67 S
- Merge onto CA-67 S
- Merge onto I-8 W

- Keep right to stay on CA-125 S
- Keep left at the fork to continue on CA-54 W
- Take exit 1D for Highland Ave toward 4th Ave
- Turn right onto Highland Ave
